The X3 race car has been causing mysterious accidents. Inspector Detector and Speed Racer are investigating the accidents.Speed Racer chases the X3 only to lose track of it. The X3 is actually being driven by a robot.
13. "RACE FOR REVENGE" PART 2
The Danger Pass race is on. X3 car is now
know only as 3. Flash plans to avenge his father's death. Using a helicopter and a remote control Flash follows and controls car 3. Flash and Speed Racer fight. Speed Racer disables the 3 (X3) car.
14. "THE DESPARATE DESERT RACE" PART 1
The Black Tiger competes against the Mach 5. Kim believes Speed Racer sabotaged his car. Speed needs to prove he's innocent. A revolution is going on in the desert between the Flat Hill people and the rebels. Kim has joined the rebels.
Kim, son of the rebel general had his car destroyed by his father; who wants him to fight with the rebels and not race. Speed's car has been damaged (brakes) , but he wants to stay in the race.The rebels rebel against the general. Speed and Kim become friends and over throw the new rebels and blow up their weapons.
Kabala wants to win the race so his country can close it's borders from future races. Racer X wants to beat Kabala in the race. The race will begin when the volcano erupts.
Racer X is deguised as Kabala. Only two cars will survive the race.
18. "GIRL DAREDEVIL" PART 1
Speed Racer enters races through out the world. While at the Universal Circus Miss Twinkle Banks next stunt will be to drive on a tight rope over the Niagra Falls. The Mach 5 falls into water because of a snapped cable.
Trapped in his car with little oxygen Speed finds an under water cave that leads to safety inside an ancient cavern. Unfortunately the owner of the circus is stealing treasures. He takes the Mach 5 stranding Speed and Twinkle. They eventually find their way into another room full of treasures. Trixie to the rescue with the Mach 5.
Speed and Pops are testing the Mach 5. A new car shows up for the race. It's the GRX engine removed from a grave. Pops knows the sound of the GRX. The GRX was responsible for several deaths. Speed Racer investigates and finds the car and drives away with it.
21. "THE FASTEST CAR ON EARTH" PART 2
Speed Racer is in awe of the speed of the GRX. He thinks he is driving into another dimension. Speed wants to only drive the GRX. Theen Speed developes a fear of speed. The race is on, the GRX crashes and burns leaving Speed the winner.
Dr. Nightcall has stolen plans to build a second Mach 5. Speed Racer is arested for the theft and jailed. With help he breaks out of jail.
Dr. Nightcall threatens speed with a ray gun. He says "There is goiing to be only one Mach 5." His ultimate plan is to launch missiles and rule the World. ChimChim and Spridle to the rescue.
The Kingdom of Sakara has a race car, built by Pops, for the King's son. Henchman Omar wants to take over Sakara. Spridle and the Prince look alike. They are mistaken for each other. The race is on and speed is in a crash sending him flying off a cliff.
The prince is captured by Omar's men. Spridle recues the Prince and Speed with the help of all the other drivers.
Mr.Ttrotter says all cars are weapons on the road. He rides a horse. His daughter is forbidden to drive a car. Trotter hires thugs to get rid of cars by tampering with them; in order to cause them to crash.Speed stops the thugs. With the help of Trotter they race against time to save trixie and Trotter;s daughter.
Dr. Bone is looking for his missing daughter, Calcia.After Dr. Bone's death Speed continues the search.Trixie and Speed discover ancient ruins.Calcia has assumed the role of the Queen of the Nile. Speed and Trixie are captured and imprisoned. Speed fights for his freedom and races to retrieve a statue.
Speed retrieves the statue but has to deliver it before sunset or Trixie will be dropped into a pit of fire Speed rescues Trixie in the nick of time. Calcia remembers she is really the daughter of Dr. Bone.
A race on a track with seven deadly curves. Speed practices driving on two wheels of one side. Rack Force has shown Speed how to do this. Thugs are out to stop Rock Force from finishing the race.
Landster is on the lam, an escaped convict. Landster holds Speed hastage and forces him to drive to hideout. Landster has hidden stolen money hid there. thugs are waiting for Landster at the hideout. Freeing himself from the thugs he then steals the Mach 5.
At the Fujiama Race Speed and Racer X are in a dead heat for first place.Speed Racer wins. Assassins are killing distinguished officials. Speed and Trixie investigate. The assassins have surounded and disabled the Mach 5. Racer X warns Speed to stay out of trouble.
Racer X goes under cover and works with the assassins. Speed battles the assassins and is captured. The officials for World Peace are also captured.Proffessor Anarky threatens Speed. Racer X frees Speed and the officials.
